We believe getting to know you is just as important as getting to know about your event.  It’s a large part of our process, and allows our clients to experience the feel of a full service planner.  During our two meetings and continuous correspondence, we get to know you, your tastes, your style and your expectations.

We are there to offer guidance and direction with unlimited e-mail and telephone contact. We offer advice and opinions during the entire planning process and organize a timeline, to ensure we know every detail, for a professionally executed event.

Knowing that everything is being managed by two professional coordinators, who only have you and your event on our minds, will allow you to enjoy your special day.  We oversee, manage and set up your event from the moment your first vendor arrives and we are the main point of contact so you don’t need to worry about what is happening behind the scenes.

Additionally, we offer consultation services, to our “day of” clients, on an hourly basis.  Our long-term experience and knowledge, in addition to well maintained relationships with the industry’s best vendors, gives us the tools we need to help plan your perfect event.
